Are you the parent of an adolescent seeking services? Or are you struggling in college? Young adults are a specific group of people I work well with. In general, the focus is to turn inner criticism and the need to be perfect into acceptance and growth. If you are trying to create healthier habits, I will work with you to make yourself stronger despite enduring horrific circumstances such as dropping out of college, losing a loved one or changing careers. For over a decade, I’ve developed methods to assist people dealing with anxiety and depression as well as to create more meaning in their life. My clinical approach is to provide empathic support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate mindfulness practices, EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques tailored to your specific needs.
